The Massage Specialists provides therapeutic massage only, within the ethical and legal boundaries of definition of a massage in state of Hawaii.
Cell Phones
We kindly ask to turn your cell phones off while on our premises, and keep talking to a minimum during your massage. Mahalo for your kokua.
Late and Cancellation Policies and No Shows
If you have to cancel your appointment, or you are running late, please, let us know as soon as you can, minimum two hours in advance. If your session starts late, we may have to shorten your massage if there is another client booked immediately after your appointment. For group booking we require credit card information, to avoid the cancellation fee of $25 a person, please comply with our two hour cancellation policy.
Refund Policies
As each therapist has different touch, each client likes different techniques. It is totally fine to express your feelings if you are dissatisfied with your massage. Full refunds are given within first 10 min of massage; or you may ask for a different therapist.
Refusal of Service
For the safety purposes of our patrons and peaceful working environment of our employees, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Clients asking for illegal services, any kind of sexual advances, or disrespecting our therapists or receptionists in any way will be asked to leave immediately and not to return. To protect well being of our clients, we also refuse to provide service to clients who are intoxicated, or under influence of drugs. Clients who no show for a scheduled appointment are welcomed for a walk in appointment.
